What does a typical yacht charter encompass?
Each charter comes with an experienced crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. Additional amenities depend on the type of service — sunset trips come with upscale refreshments and snacks, while business charters provide meeting amenities and specialized catering.
When should I make my reservation?
To ensure availability, we advise booking 2–3 weeks ahead of time, with peak seasons being May–September. For business functions and private celebrations, we suggest reserving your charter 4–6 weeks in advance to secure availability and permit personalization.
What is the procedure if the weather is unfavorable?
We prioritize safety first and foremost. Should our captain determine that weather conditions are precarious, we shall propose an alternative date for your charter or issue a full refund. We carefully track weather forecasts and will reach out to you with a 24-hour notice if the outlook seems uncertain.
May I bring my own provisions and drinks?
Certainly, bringing your own food and drinks is permitted. We also have excellent catering services and can tailor menus to suit your tastes. Please note that for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Do your yachts cater to passengers with mobility challenges?
Our goal is to be as accommodating as possible. Some of our yachts are more accessible than others. For any specific requirements, do get in touch so we can guide you to the most suitable vessel and arrange necessary access.
Could you explain your policy on cancellations?
A full refund is provided for cancellations notified 72 hours prior to departure. Cancellations between 24 and 72 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded, except in cases of unsafe weather conditions or mechanical malfunctions on our end.
